School Play
At Charter Oak International Academy, all the world is a stage. The Family Resource Center at Charter Oak sponsors the Children’s Theater Company, a group of 50 young actors in grades two through five who perform an original play complete with costumes, songs and choreography each winter. The able cast is assisted, behind the scenes, by many parents and staff members. The FRC Children’s Theater Company has performed original versions of “The Jungle Book,” “Alice in Wonderland,” and “The Princess and the Pea,” a play based on the children’s own experiences. Watch for our newest extravaganza in January.
